<p>Hi all, this is my first post. I applied to transfer in the fall of 2013 in January. i applied for the online BA in Criminology since I live in Tampa and can’t relocate. I have 35 credits right now (16 in the summer and 19 last fall) and am doing 22 right now. I expect to have my AA from a Florida CC by the summer. I’m concerned since I don’t have too many classes finished they will reject me. I have a 4.0 GPA in all classes. I checked online today and they had made one slight change. I graduated HS in 2009 early, but wasn’t sure if my HS transcript said June 2009 or January 2009. Apparently, it said January 2009 so then UF just posted today to account for my time from January 2009-June 2009. I think it’s a good thing they want me to account for my time? At least that means they didn’t completely reject me right off the bat. What do you guys think? Could we really be waiting much longer? I’m so nervous, but hopefully I’ll get in. <p>How many of those 22 credits courses are core/required for that major? I’m not certain, but if more than 2 courses are in progress, I believe they automatically reject you. So you will probably have to reapply after you finish some more courses (do not save a lot of required courses for last!!!)</p>

<p>Hi JoeAce, I actually exceed all the pre reqs. They want stats (in progress) and at least 9 credit hours of classes off a list and I already have 12. Stats is the only pre req I need that is in progress…I’ve been trying to map everything out just right! :)</p>

<p>Thanks guys! It seems like since the freshman decisions have been made, they’re pushing the transfer applications right on through. You should find out soon! I think I submitted mine on January 15 but all my transcripts weren’t in until the 24th. Good luck and let us know the results!!</p>

<p>I submitted my application and they received all my transcripts on Jan 31. (I know, I submitted everything last minute)</p>
<p>I wasn’t aware they needed one of my dual enrollment college transcripts since it was already on my Santa Fe transcript. I sent that and they received it on Feb 22, they hadn’t asked me to send it to them until Feb 20.</p>
<p>They were doing a “preliminary review” and will let me know if there’s something they needed. I think it was a little late until they got back to me telling me they still needed one of my transcripts.</p>

<p>How long did it take for your status to go from “being evaluated” to being forwarded to your program? I can’t take this wait :)</p>
<p>My status still says “2-4 weeks…” and it has been 7 weeks since I submitted my application. Has anyone else’s status been like this for a while?? I called admissions and they said all of my transcripts have been received, so I don’t understand why it’s taking this long for my status to change.</p>
<p>It took maybe two weeks to be sent to my college after I applied and sent everything else needed in. Gator224, seems like you applied right before me. I don’t know to what major, but you should be finding out pretty soon.</p>

<p>I applied to CLAS as a Psychology major for summer B, a CLAS advisor said my application has not yet been sent to them…</p>
<p>Hmm, that’s really strange. I applied to CLAS too and they were very quick… Let us know how it all goes.</p>
<p>my app just got referred to my college today! hope they respond soon. They said they wouldn’t start evaluating until after the deadline to apply (march 1) so hopefully it is pretty soon after that!</p>
<p>How do you get in contact with an advisor? Would it be recommended I get in contact with an accounting advisor to hopefully show my interest in the field? That’s really all I want to do… accounting.</p>
