UF "Food Resource & Economics" vs FAU "Finance"

I need to make a decision between those two colleges. I want to get the career that will get me the most money. Since my GPA IS 2.7 I can get in University of Florida “UF” only in the “Food Resource and Economics” and I can get in Florida Atlantic University “FAU” in any major, therefore I chose “Finance”

Here are the two majors' programs

Finance at "FAU" <a href="http://business.fau.edu/clientuploads/Undergraduate/Majors_and_Minors/FinanceProgram.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://business.fau.edu/clientuploads/Undergraduate/Majors_and_Minors/FinanceProgram.pdf</a></p>

Food Resource and Economics at "UF"
Office of the University Registrar

-Which will get me the most money and a job faster?

-What will you choose? And why?

UF has a better reputation but that seems to be a very specialized agriculture degree.
FAU’s is broader in scope.

As a side note, if you want to make a lot of money in Finance you should check out a job as a financial planner. They can make tons of money managing the accounts of wealthy clients.
