<p>Hi! I will be transferring to UF next Fall and I want to live off campus. The only problem I've found in my search - finding a safe place that allows pets but isn't expensive. I have two pet rats and I plan on bringing them with me to Gainesville but I really can't afford a place for more than $550 per month(including electricity, gas, etc). Suggestions please?</p>
<p>D’s at the Estates in a 3 person apt. She pays way less than $550/mo, which includes utilities, cable and internet. Spring semester she brought one of our cats to live with her and her roommates. The pet fee was an extra $10/mo I think for the months the cat was there. Regrettably, our kitty died this summer so she won’t be returning in the fall, and The Estates removed the extra monthly charge from her bill.</p>
