UF or FSU when it comes to fine arts?

I got accepted into both. I've visited both campuses. I want to major in fine arts. However, I don't want to see posts from people of what they "heard" about the fine art departments of either college. I need to know which one is better and why and also about study abroad programs for fine arts. Please, if anyone knows anything about the fine arts for either college please post.

From what I've seen, FSU's fine arts building is small and dungeon like but when I went into UF's there were 3 buildings just for fine arts! However, I hear that FSU's art department is better...
