From reading another one of the OP’s thread, s/he has a 1490/2400 SAT score, which is quite low. The OP is getting way ahead of him/herself. The focus at this point in time would be to increase your GPA and SAT/ACT scores and getting accepted at one of Florida’s 4-year Institution. As it stands now, the OP would not be eligible for any Honors College and unless the OP really turns things around, the exceptional college performance and medical school might be a bit of stretch.
The OP appears to be quite indolent, based on the threads started on CC. Asking about Dorm Prices and Bright Futures, when such information is just a google search away is quite frightening.
