Anyone heard a decision for computer engineering yet?
Nope, I’m also waiting for computer engineering.
Let me know if you hear anything, Ill do the same
Still waiting…
giving it 1 more week til i decide to go to UCF, theyre giving us no time whatsoever to go to orientation, find housing, pick classes, get moved in… actually crazy @Cruz410
Lol actually same, I got my UCF acceptance months ago and I’m running out time to get orientation, a place to live, and any good seats for classes at this point waiting so long @augment1337
Please Call, if you applied on college.net you may be lost between the two systems!!! We were. They can fix it!
I’ve been calling everyday, and it’s always just the same thing “it’ll be ready soon”
Actually got on campus housing today
Still nothing…
What? That’s ridiculous. I was very angry with how long it took but they told me about three weeks ago. Very, very strange that you still don’t know. Just call them and literally demand an answer (politely). Otherwise, they’ll continue to push it around.
just got declined, sucks they took this long to tell me but at least I have a decision and I can start getting everything situated for UCF. See ya’ll up there, goodluck everyone else!
Hey whats up guys, on the uf transfer website it says minimum 3.0 gpa to be competitive for requirements for Econ transfer. I’m exactly at a 3.0 gpa for that. what do you guys think ? I have a 3.23 cumulative which should be at least at a 3.35 by the end of this last semester finishing my AA. good luck to everyone
Hi I’m an FAU student looking to transfer to UF in spring of 2020 with AA degree. What are my chances of getting in to business school with these stats? It says Business majors need a 3.0 overall and 3.5 pre req GPA. Which I have only taken one of the pre req classes so far.
GPA: 3.13
Major: Business Marketing
Pre req GPA: 4.0
I think you have a chance of getting in. Just make sure you show your experience outside of your GPA. They are looking for well-rounded students, not just those who have good scores. Make sure you email your college directly and ask them if there is anything in particular that they are looking for or need from you.
When I was trying to transfer in I was super nervous and tbh I wanted to get out of FAU asap. Just remember that whatever choices you make now, will either help you or hurt you when it comes to transferring. I would use this time at FAU to boost the GPA. Even though your GPA isn’t bad for your college, it would still make you a competitive applicant when it comes to decisions. Best of luck to you! Go Gata!
