And I did apply to UF for a second time Jan. 17 and I got this decision.</p>

<p>teb0w - I am sill waiting a decision (fall). I applied way back in october, but my letter of intent was not submitted until late March because I was unaware that it was part of the application</p>

<p>danny - if you dont mind, what is your major, GPA, experience, etc. I can’t believe their excuse was that your application was not as competative when someone obviosuly already approved your application. Is it possible that was the message from when you applied as a freshman, and that information is just popping up now?</p>

<p>I talked to my hopefully future advisor in CALS. She reiterated the fact that June 1st is that deadline. I followed that up by asking if anyone had been admitted for the fall and if they were still working on summer applicants. Contrary to what a few people have stated on here she said noone had been accepted for fall and that May 1st is when they are looking to get the decisions for summer applicants, so although all this action on here for everyone else is getting me anxious i think all of us in the CALS boat may have a few weeks left to wait.</p>

<p>i misread the website… it’s returning uf students who CAN’T check status online not re-applying students.</p>

<p>your situation is weird though, just call and explain best you can.</p>

<p>I didnt say anyone on here was lying lol, if anyone wasn’t telling the truth i’d lean towards anyone working in the admissions department. I was just trying to relay what small information that you can squeeze out of these people.
Does anyone know if there is some place to see how many spots are available per major?</p>

3.67 UF GPA. 3.75 pre-professional gpa. Psychology major. I’m attending University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill right now. wrote a very strong letter of intent, years of hospital volunteering, I shadow a physician, many service clubs, etc.</p>

<p>i check my admission status so much i actually had a dream about that gesturing, starbucks frap drinking asian kid and the two girls studying (one of whom appears to be copying the other) pictured on the admissions ‘check status’ page. this is getting bad.</p>

<p>danny - if you are using a windows keyboard, look in the upper right hand corner area…</p>

<p>Look for print screen, get the page open and press it (you may need to hold shift)</p>

<p>click start: run: type “pbrush” and hit enter</p>
