<p>Haha! That’s a good question, I was wondering the same thing. “Do we get the weekend off from being obsessed?”

<p>Blah. Me too. Well, it’s currently 2:30 AM in Florida. No changes still. Haha, I’m starting to get desperate, huh? Good attitude, Stevie. I should take up that outlook as well. It’d be better for my sanity, or lack there of. :/</p>
<p>At this point I think I am going to FSU. I just don’t know when they will reply and I really don’t want to wait so late to the point where I don’t have housing. So if I don’t see anything this week Im just paying the enrollment fee to FSU and going there…even though I really want to go to UF :(</p>
<p>I am in the same boat, Spidey. 
I’ve been passing up good housing at FSU waiting out on UF, but I don’t know how much longer I can do that for. It’s only a matter of time before good living options fill up at FSU as well. :/</p>
<p>my goodness. That really sucks Spidey and Oreos. The waiting on something that is not certain and then having the poss. of not even bring accepted. My friend was accepted to UNF and she has to respond by the 9th of Nov. which is coming up soon, and she still hasnt found out anything from UF. IDK. Its really hard. Good luck and FYI no news for me today!!! </p>

<p>thanks everyone…but yea, i thought appeals were only for incoming freshman, but i guess i was wrong…funny story is, the appeals group meets every friday…the one week i send it, just so happens to be UF’s homecoming week, so the perosn i talked to on the phone told me I’d have to wait till the following friday (the 23rd) for them to even get my email and look over it…well during this past weekend i realized my status changed from the “sorry to inform you” to “the application has been sent to your college”…so i had some minor hope…and yea, juz a couple hours ago, i got the confirmation and an email directly from the appeals group</p>

<p>UF hates me, it’s official.</p>
<p>I wouldnt say they hate you. Which college you applied to, becuase different colleges work at different paces. But yea, if I remember I was rejected around the 11th or 12th, appealed that same week, but that Friday (the day the appeals group meets), they were off for homecoming weekend…so I’m guessing this past Friday they finally looked over it.</p>
<p>Congrats man!!! See you next semester!!! I had heard some people appealing worked, but have friends whose appeals didn’t work, so I have always been on the fence about it. Glad to hear it worked out man. But anyway, congrats again!! Sign up for the orientation as soon as possible! Oh yeah, get your immunization stuff in as well. That is extremely important. I had to switch my orientation appointment from Nov. 9 to Dec. 4 because of the immunization stuff. I’m glad a lot of you guys I started posting with a while ago are getting in!!! 
If any of you are going on Dec. 4, let me know. I’d be glad to meet any of you!!! Always could use some new friends up there. </p>
<p>Stevie, they don’t hate you! lol. Different colleges take different amounts of time like Gio said. Some take way too long in my opinion. Just wait it out, you will find out soon enough. :)</p>
