So I got rejected by UF to enter the freshman class. It is hurting me so bad right now to type this because UF was my dream school and I was optimistic of an acceptance coming my way; I guess you just can't get everything you want in life. The reason why I felt that I absolutely had to get accepted was the fact that UF has Florida's only vet-med school and I hear that UF prefers their own graduates when when considering admittance; apparently 48% of UF's vet school consists of students who did their undergrad @ UF. I have to do my undergrad at UCF now. What I want to know is, how high are my chances of getting into UF's vet school when applying from UCF? I can't find any statistics of how many people applied from UCF and got accepted/rejected. I know that if I work hard, I can get in from any school. BUT it really does seem as if coming from UF would increase my chances. Is it just 'cause there's less people applying from other schools?

If you keep above a 3.66 and get your AA youll be fine
