I’m not sure if this would matter but there’s a clear upward trend.

I think your GPA is a bit too low, unfortunately. The Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communications is also a competitive school to get into.
Which AP classes were they? Some AP classes are seen as more rigorous than others, which could help you depending on the ones you took. Also, upward trends are a great sign.

Senior year:
AP Psychology
AP Statistics
AP Environmental Science
AP Literature and Comp.
During freshman and sophomore year, I took mostly CP classes with a few honors classes. I made mediocre grades and had a couple C’s. Junior year was the first year I took AP classes and I made all A’s that year. I’m doing very well in my classes this year too.

With the all A upward trend, I think you have improved your chances. This is especially so since joining AP classes. Hopefully you have some great ECs, essays, and teacher rec to supplement!
