How do you guys think I stand for this school? Post a link to your post and I'll chance back.

Bumppppppppppp

I live in Georgia too, and you have a good chance based on the countless people I know that are going there next fall. One of my friends did not even make 600’s on his sat reading and math but got in- without Zell miller of course. But you should be able to get in easily.

Thanks for your reply! Any others? I’ll chance you back.

UGA is a match. Both your SAT and ACT are on the higher end of their Middle 50 range, and you are also in state, which helps. It looks like you have fairly rigorous courses and the like, but you didn’t state your GPA. Assuming it isn’t insanely low, you should get in.

Chance me back?

I think this is a perfectly feasible school for you! You’ve got got ACT and SAT scores, you’ve got fantastic rigor for a school like UGA, and you certainly have a leg up over a large majority of the school’s applicants. I would be HIGHLY surprised if you didn’t get in.

UGA - match

Chance back? [Chance The New Guy!
I’m sure you have seen this https://www.admissions.uga.edu/article/first-year-admission-criteria.html

It gives a good description of what will get you admitted to UGA. They appear to use the almighty “holistic” form of admission. They is no criteria such as GPA, test scores, rank, etc that will get you automatically admitted or denied.

I hadn’t seen that. It was interesting to look at. They make it seem like their admission process is fairly holistic. I think I’m pretty well rounded so hopefully they will think that too. Thanks for the replied guys.
