Does UGA release decisions usually before April 1st? Especially for deferred EA applicants
last year they were released March 17th.
Will UGA send an email to let deferred applicants know when decisions are posted?
and I just looked back at old threads. The second round of admits for EA deferred and RD were on 2/17 last year.
My Son was EA deferred this year in the fall. 3.75 UW, 4.37 WGPA, 31 ACT, 1330 SAT, 6 APs, all rest honors. Work and activity balance. Hoping he could potentially hear in 2 weeks. I would hate to have to wait until mid-March. I don’t know if he’ll wait that long before committing to another school.
@Anxiousmom12 are you IS?
OOS
Thanks I think my D20 should cross this off the list. She’s currently got a 4.0 uw and 4.7 w but I think she’ll end up with about a 1330 SAT. And this school doesn’t offer much merit for OOS.
Hopefully you all know about the UGA admission blog, one of the best, imo. DGraves seems to be willing to answer any question that you might have. Scroll through the comments, someone may have already asked your question. http://ugaadmissions.blogspot.com/p/timelines.html
Per the UGA Admissions Blog, final decisions will be released Friday, March 16. More details here:

Fingers crossed for some acceptances today. Anyone know what time they post them?
@Anxiousmom12
Per the UGA undergraduate admissions blog - http://ugaadmissions.blogspot.com/2018/02/upcoming-decision-dates-for-uga.html
Upcoming, Decision Dates for UGA Applicants
The final two decision dates for UGA freshman applicants are now set (unless some major issue impacts our office), and the smaller February wave of decisions will be released on Friday, February 23, while the final decisions in March will be released on Friday, March 16. In addition, transfer decisions will begin being released on Friday, February 23.
Does anyone know what time of day UGA usually posts notifications?
Roughly After 4pm Eastern.
Thank you @Meant2B
You’re welcome @msvirginia Good luck to you!
Anyone get a decision yet?
