UGA-Early Action or Regular Decision

Hey! So, I’ve asked my friends and teachers about the probability of getting into UGA cause I really want to get in. I am currently a Junior in High School. I have a 3.7 GPA… Taken 3 Honors Classes and currently taking 2 AP classes. I am taking 3 AP classes for senior year. I really love UGA and it offer the program that I want to get into and that I am very passionate about. I have yet to Recieve my ACT score for April 9th, but will be getting it soon, but based on my statistics now what are my chances. I am stuck between Early Action, cause I receive any scholarship handed out if possible and I would be done with applying or should I do regular decision where they could take into factor my essay and grades and my AP classes senior year and the rigorous course I am taking. I’m really passionate and I have a story to tell UGA of why I want this so bad and I’d like to think Regular Decision is best for me, but Early Action just seems like I could get it out of the way. Do you think I could get deferred, denied, or accepted early action? Thanks!

I know it’s too late, but what did you decide to do? I have not ever heard of anyone getting denied early action/

Wait for RD. I’ve read only do EA if you can get in on scores and grades alone.

I don’t think it would’ve hurt to do so, but you’ll definitely be able to show your character more through your application this way. Good luck!
