UGA Early Action

I am an Asian female applying for Early Action at UGA and Georgia Tech. I'm in state and planning to major in either Cellular Biology or Microbiology.

GPA: 3.94 out of 4.0

AP Courses: AP Lang (4), APUSH (4), AP Psychology (4), AP Euro (4), and by the end of this year I will have taken AP Government, AP Statistics, and AP Microeconomics

ACT: Composite 30, English 34, Math 28, Combined Writing-English 31 (Taken only once)

Extracurriculars: City Youth Council (Chair of both Council Bonding Committee and Social Media Committee), National Honor Society, Chic Fil A Leader Academy, Advanced Academics Club, Purple and Gold Squad (School Spirit Group), Diamond Dolls (Another School Spirit Group), and Guitar and Voice Lessons for 4 years, performing at city events

Volunteer Work: In the community through NHS, Youth Council, and Leader Academy...

Awards: AP Scholar with Honor, Georgia Certificate of Merit

I have been on the "Advanced/AP" track all throughout High School. I will be applying in-state.

What are my chances of admission to Tech and UGA early admissions, and possibly their Honors Programs?

You’re pretty much in for both…Will you be aiming higher?

Chance me? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1690007-claremont-mckenna-duke-bucknell-grinnell-uofr-chances.html

I think you’ll definitely get into UGA EA, and am pretty much confident for GA Tech as well.
UGA is a good match, and Tech is a low reach

Why are you applying EA for UGA. You will get in no question to UGA. if you apply early action then you will ruin your chances of getting scholarships from the school and departmental scholarships. If your really that worried about getting in to these schools, then I would apply EA for Georgia Tech, if they offer it.
