Uga, ga tech, vanderbilt, unc. Chance me?

I am a rising senior in Georgia looking to apply to UGA and Georgia Tech. I go to a very competitive high school, one of the best in the state and among the top 100 in the nation
What are my chances of getting into UGA and Georgia Tech?

GPA (unweighted): 3.6-3.7 out of 4
SAT I: 2220 (740 in each subject)
SAT II: Physics (660) and Math I (730)
Have taken 3 AP's so far and taking 5 AP's senior year.
All other classes are mainly honors classes.

Orchestra (8 years)
French (5 years)
Tae-Kwon-Do (4 years, Black Belt)
Kaleidoscope (Leadership and Service Club)
Red Cross Volunteer
FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) Member
Debate Team
State Public Speaking Champion

What are my chances at UGA Honors? What about Ga Tech? Could I aim higher? My dream schools are UNC and Vandy, but I don't think I could get in.

Also, forgot to mention:
Volunteer Hours: At least 500.
PSAT: 216, National Merit Commended

I don’t know much about UGA/Gtech, but with your academics I can’t imagine you not getting into those schools… I don’t know much about UGA, so I cannot comment about the honors college.

UNC and Vanderbilt are both very tough schools to get into. Right now, you’re a generic (but still competitive) applicant; make sure your essays/recommendations are strong, and I’m sure your chances will be strong.
