<p>Hello all, If those of you who got auto admitted to Honors wouldn't mind posting your stats, I would appreciate it if you did so.
I have yet to recieve a letter , so i assume that i was not admitted. Although, i did speak to Mr. Rountree from the honors admissions office; he said that due to the high influx of calls, the decisions will not be released over the phone and that if the letter didn't come by the end of this week (the 12th), I could rest assured that i was not admitted.
Point being, please post your stats. </p>

<p>Mine hasn’t heard either. ACT 34, 3.9 UW gpa, 9 AP. Not sure what the cut-off was. Congrats to the ones who have heard though!</p>

<p>@SouthernHope and @TNmom15. My D is in the same boat: 33 ACT (34 superscore), 3.9 UW, 10 APs, strong extra-curriculars but no Honors word yet. We are in Louisiana so hoping the letter is still coming. She REALLY does not want to submit yet another application!</p>

<p>Same odd situation here. I’ll have 14 APs taken so far by the end of senior year, with a 2180 SAT superscore, and a 3.75 GPA (up to now).</p>

<p>Seems like very similar stats. Does anyone know why some are given auto admit to honors and others are not?</p>
<p>Wondering the same here, emray65. I can’t tell if it’s randomly chosen between highly qualified UGA applicants, or if they actually had a selective process after Early Action decisions were released.</p>
<p>They technically haven’t announced on their blog that all Honors auto-admits were sent in the mail yet. So we still (kind of?) have hope. The Honors Program’s site itself states to wait until the end of December.</p>
