<p>I heard that it is hard to get into UGA and get aid at UGA oos because of a HOPE system they use which gives less privelidged students a chance to go there for free if they kee their gpa above 3.0. Is this true?</p>
<p>Hope money is only for in state students who maintain a 3.0 or above average. Also, the for "free" isn"t quite true. The money pays the tuition and gives a small amount towards books.</p>
