UGA Nontraditional Transfer Discrepancy

I recently applied as a non traditional undergraduate transfer student to the University of Georgia. According to their website, in order to be considered for non traditional transfer:

Applicant must have been out of high school for at least five years.

Applicant must have FEWER than 30 transferable college credit hours.

Applicant must submit COMPASS test scores.

All of the aforementioned is satisfied. I have spoken to three different counselors and each of them had a completely different reason as to why I was deferred.

First counselor: Your college preparatory curriculum is not satisfied.

Second counselor: Your COMPASS exam was never submitted. You never submitted your test scores.

Third counselor: You’re not even a non-traditional student because you proceeded to post-secondary education.

My college preparatory IS satisfied, it was never updated on my transcript. An easy mistake to fix.

My COMPASS exam is listed as passing with 99s on my transcript, perhaps it was overlooked.

Finally, it makes absolutely NO sense to me that an applicant must have fewer than 30 transferable hours of college credit, yet not have went on to community college at all?
If I was a high school student who was obtaining COLLEGE credits, almost up to THIRTY of them while I was in high school, I think it would be safe to say I probably would have went on to university straight out of high school, no? Every counselor is giving me a different answer, and NONE of them are consistent. It’s as though they’re squirming to find a reason to defer me. Don’t get me wrong, I know I’m not the most desirable student to admit. However according to the UGA admissions website for NON-traditional transfer students, I meet every single criteria. Their response to all of my questions were answered as though they were speaking to a TRADITIONAL transfer student, which is required to have 30 hours and a 3.2.

My ultimate question is: Does a non-traditional student IN FACT have to have NEVER went on to ANY college after high school? Sorry I didn’t fart around after high school and write a sob story about how my dad beat me and I spent the past five years soul searching.

Did you do those things, including the transcript?
