UGA Scholarships/Tuition Reduction?

I applied regular decision to UGA, however, I did not apply by the scholarship priority deadline (Dec 15th). I was hoping somebody could give me more information on scholarships/tuition reduction for out of state students. Is UGA pretty generous when awarding these? What are the chances I might be awarded anything?

My stats:
GPA: 4.8 weighted, 3.9 unweighted
SAT: 1820 (1190 reading/math)
ACT: 27
Rank: 20 of 305
AP Classes: 9
Leadership: Founder/Pres. of community service club, Co-Pres. of Health/Athletic club, Student Gov. rep, etc…
Work: Pharmacy Technician

UGa is not generous with merit because it relies heavily on state HOPE awards which are for instate students.

I doubt that you will be awarded much or anything. An ACT 27 is at the bottom quartile of their students.
