UGA vs. UIUC vs. UMich

Obviously the choice most people here would pick is the U of Michigan. I was accepted into the college of engineering there but intend on switching to the Ross business college. For UIUC, I was accepted into the business program already and UGA is pretty easy to get into for that program.

I am planning on doing a double major in Finance and Marketing if I go to UGA.
Otherwise, I will probably just do a single major in one and a minor in the other if I was to attend UIUC or UMich.

Here is my dilemma, I do not know which college to choose from.

The factors: best to worst
Education: The best education would come from UMich, then UIUC, then UGA
Quality: UMich and UGA are roughly the same, followed by UIUC? I would think
Financial Aid: UGA (I have the HOPE scholarship), UIUC, then UMich (haven't heard back from the financial aid department yet, but Michigan's finan. aid is pretty bad, or so I hear)
Distance from home (I live in GA): UGA, the rest.

Now the most important factor, and the biggest question lies here.
The Future: I'm not too proud of it, but I am after money, as is a majority of people, so this is what the college choice boils down to.
I live in Georgia and If I was to go out-of-state for college, I would probably move back, to Atlanta, for a job. So I was wondering if the rankings would make a difference here. Since I am going to work here in GA, if I attended the less qualified UGA to attend, would recruiters care? I would be coming out of the best business school in Georgia, right? UGA's finance major is not even in the top 25 according to US NEWS, but their marketing program is 21. And as I said before, since UGA is the best college in Georgia (for business), could I still be recruited, if not for marketing, for the finance degree I obtain? I would rather be close to my family and friends here if I could still have a good shot at getting a prestigious job.

SPARKNOTES for that last paragraph: I will probably move back to Georgia after college. If I attended UGA, could I still have a really good shot at getting a good job, in GA, even though its finance program is not ranked by USNEWS (marketing is ranked 21, though).

Oh and one more thing...

If I was to go to UGA, I would probably enroll in the Honors program there, which may or may not help in job opportunities?
(I did not apply for it now because I believe that my SATs were too low)

As a selfish person on the waiting list at UGA I would love for you to go to Michigan or Illinois. Truthfully though you probably wouldnt have any better of a chance if you went to Michigan at a job in Atlanta than if you went to UGA. Michigan is much much more prestigious though so if you are looking to try to get to wall street then Michigan is the place to go out of those 3.

LOL, I love shortsighted comments like this! It's so funny, because the bulk of your education is determined by your own work ethic and willingness/ability to learn....

Anyways, to answer your question:

I'm willing to bet that UGA has a much larger alumni base in GA than either UMich or UIUC, so Yeah, going to UGA will give you good opportunities for jobs in GA. And, of course the honors program will help with job prospects, especially if you maintain an above average GPA to go with it.
