As long as you applied to matches and safeties you’ll be fine.

duke decisions havn’t come out yet…

early decision for duke

i applied to 1 safety that i got into, my state college

With acceptance rates of less than 20% and 30%, respectively, these are reach schools for most applicants. If you have a balanced and realistic college list, you shouldn’t be worried.

same here, rejected by Carnegie Mellon, BU, waitlisted by RPI,
Losing hope in Cornell, Columbia, Hopkins, Cooper

but don’t give up!!! At least, I have U rochester

Don’t give up now!!! It’s not April 1 st yet, and you still have at least one school!!! There are many people who have been rejected by all of their schools, so rejoice that you’ll at least be going to college!!! Reach schools are always difficult and if its any consolation there are hundreds of thousands seniors who feel exactly the same way you do, so dont worry!! Just try and relax these last couple of months.

Ah, it might just be bad luck. Don’t start worrying until you know ALL of the cards you hold.

Hang in there. Keep your head up!

okay i just got an acceptance today, top 20 school

phew

good job!!!

Awesome news, OP! Remember, it’s not over until it’s over. :D

Yay! Yet another reason to apply to a well-balanced list of schools while still dreaming big.

hey what top 20 school did you get accepted into??

vanderbilt
i also got into georgetown

Don’t forget; most schools have an appeal process if you didn’t get in and think you should have been admitted.

^^^

Congrats…2 top schools!!! :)

First was Waitlisted at WashU
Rejected at MIT
…And Stanford.

Found out day after Stanford that I had been waitlisted by Middlebury. Jumped up and Down for joy. Framed letter. For Waitlist.

Isn’t it obvious? All our graphs are obviously concave up.

in the same boat …
rejected from duke / waitlisted by northwestern
it is totally understandable that you have a feeling that you will be rejected from everywhere
welll… let’s try not to be too much obsessed until all the decisions come up…
we never know …
