Ugh Im regretting now!

I JUST found out about Northeastern.. and it just seems perfect to me. I've always wanted to go to college in Boston. It has a good premed program, not to mention co-op.

I would have applied Early Action if I had found out before Nov 1st, but it's too late! I can only apply Regular.

Is it that big of a difference to apply Regular rather than EA?

Is there any other way I can express my interest? Because right now, NU has become my first choice...

If you have the creds and you show interest by visiting, possibly sending an e-mail to admissions with a question, and having a strong essay, you’ll be fine. Don’t bother worrying about the EA versus RD chances. You can’t go back and do EA, so you might as well just pretend it doesn’t exist. Just focus on your application now and make sure that it’s submitted on time.

Thanks a lot, ill do that. I feel pretty good now

If they offer you admission, take it! My daughter loves it there. It was her first choice and she applied and was accepted EA, so she didn’t even apply to Dartmouth or University of Washington. But even regular admission she would have chosen NU. They offered her the honors program and is love with the school, making over 10 close friends the first three days of honors team-building exercises during and immediately after orientation.

yeah! I would jump at the chance of going to NU. But I’d have to wait till April to hear back because I applied Regular… I hope I get in.
