Ugh Interview

<p>Okay I got my card info about a week and a half ago, called my interviewer. I waited a week then called her again. Today I called my Chairman for South Carolina and left a message with his secretary that I can't get in contact with my interviewer. Assuming he doesn't call me back tomorrow, on Wednesday I guess I'll call the Admissions Office.</p>

<p>The thing is...I applied EA. It's probably going to be impossible or close to it for me to get an interview within the next week or so, and so Georgetown won't have an interview with me in my file. Do you guys know if anybody's ever gotten in without having the interview?</p>

<p>I'm afraid I'll get deferred just because of this goddamn interview, but I just can't get into contact with people!</p>

<p>The interview is not the most important part of your file. While Georgetown does have a super extensive network of alums, there are bound to be people that can't get an interview because of geography. Do you really think that the school would penalize you in your circumstances?</p>

<p>For the record, I just looked through my email and saw that I didn't have my EA interview until Dec. 6.</p>

<p>Sorry, I wasn't clear in my last post...the geography thing was an example, I understand your circumstances are different but my overall point is the same.</p>
