<p>Im having summer camp problems. I signed up for EPGY and got in, but they accepted me for a session I cant do. I asked if i could change sessions a week ago and they still havent gotten back to me yet. Im uncertain whether I was accepted for VA governors school for math science and technology. My parents called the guy in charge a few weeks ago and he said he didnt get the apps yet but that hed give us the results in a week. Its been about 2 and I still havent heard anything from him. The NSCL for engineering was nice enough to let me have another two weeks to decide whether or not i wanna do it, but I still have no clue about EPGY and gov school. I can either not do the NSCL and pray that i get into either EPGY or gov school, or I can do NSCL along with gov school if i do get accepted. However, I think id have a better shot at getting into the EPGY session I wanted then gov school because all the other applicants to gov school found out in mid-april if they got in or not. I dont know whether or not the reason i havent heard from them is because I got rejected or theyre having problems with the apps, but they shouldve notified me a long time ago. My main concern is college app, and from what Ive heard NSCL isnt worth much on college app. But id imagine its better than nothing, no? Anyway, what do yall think I should do? I have to decide by today my parents tell me...

<p>my dad just found out today that i did not get into Gov school. Being the idiotic gambler I am, im leaning towards EPGY. Any advice?</p>

<p>i did. Wednesday i called and they said they were currently looking into my request and said they were working as fast as they could. I just tried calling them now and they werent there. Prbly wont be there tomorrow at all i think.</p>

<p>actually now that i think about it... Maybe i should do NSCL and take an online course too maybe. Anyway, my dad already paid a $250 deposit for NSCL so itd suck to just waste that.</p>

<p>lol nvm! I tried calling again a few times and i got hold of them. Turns out theyll let me into the 2nd session geometry course! Yay!</p>

<p>yeah it might not either, but id guess it does look better than NSCL. Anyway, It would at least help out enough when applying for more prestigious camps next year. Plus, the extra math might do good since the SATs will be coming up for me too.</p>
