UGH waitlists

<p>so here's my schedule so far:</p>

<ul>
<li>Bio 1A/1AL (enrolled)</li>
<li>Physics 8A (enrolled)</li>
<li>Econ 100b (16th on waitlist for class, second on waitlist for 30 person section)</li>
<li>IB 35 AC (29th on waitlist out of 292 spots)</li>
</ul>

<p>that's 16 units and it won't let me sign up for any more as backups - AWESOME new rule.</p>

<p>am i going to get in to both classes?
should i give up on the IB class and take Sociology 3AC instead? it has like 100 spots but seems boring/professor has bad reviews...</p>

<p>it is a good new rule because you probably wouldn’t be 29th or 16th on the waitlist if there wasn’t a max for phase 2.</p>

well whats the chance of getting in when you’re 29th on a waitlist for a class of 292?
anyone have experience with IB 35AC?</p>

<p>My friend took 35AC as his fun class because he thought it sounded cool (it does), he got a C-, I think; he whined continuously about how boring it was. He’s a smart kid who got into Brown.</p>
