Not your typical indian, trying to major in political science

Scores are about as perfect as you could want. ECs sound decent too, especially the Africa thing. But...what sets you apart? Is there any kind of underlying passion? If you could highlight this, your chances are probably pretty nice. Good luck! Xenu bless.

I think the Africa charity is a hook on its own. Most students won't have charities that have actually been successful and that they have controlled themselves. I think you have an excellent shot as they go at Harvard.

what's the name of this charity? I'm interested in knowing. if it was really that successful, you must've gotten some media attention.

"Indian-Korean Alliance"

I've never heard of that, it sounds stupid

may sound stupid but its not..

my school is basically half international koreans and half indians, and theres a great division between the two groups. So we made a club to help unify the two cultures.

So, it's a club where everyone at the school can join because of where they're from?

It still sounds stupid.

your an idiot.

OK, CityKnight, say you're at a school where everyone's either a Blood or a Crip, and they be fighting all the time. So they form a Blood-Crip Alliance and now fewer people get shot. Actually sounds like a pretty good idea, doesn't it?

Damn straight!

Where in Cali do you live samurai?

It's an international school of only Koreans and Indians, and theres a club designed for Korean-Indian interaction...

I guess it's only silly to me

did you miss the part where i said there was a huge division between the two groups?

you are an idiot.

samurai....where in Cali?

socal, orange county

I'm sorry, I am clearly an idiot: a club designed to integrate the antagonistic Koreans and Indians at a sheltered private school is vital.

Have hate crimes gone down thanks to your efforts?

oh wait, you live in orange county! get bent prince samurai.

CityKnight--You have two groups of students very segregated by nothing more than their heritages. What is wrong with trying to integrate them and foster better relations between the two? You're so antagonistic, it's puzzling.

It's ignorance, I just can't understand it.

I put my adcom goggles on, and I couldn't comprehend what it meant.

I guess I can't understand, my school is way more homogeneous.

I spose my BS radar went off, rich is rich is rich around where I live.

I suppose it could be different in the OC

Dude ***!?

Whats CityKnight's problem?
