I know I don't have amazing test scores... but is there enough of other stuff do push me through?

Perfect attendance since kindergarten? That's actually pretty amazing.

You have URM status, which makes up for your solid but unspectacular ACT score. Your ECs are pretty well-rounded too.

I'd say you have a pretty good shot into Cornell.

You have a decent shot at Cornell, i live 2 hours away and alot of top students at my school end up going there. The only thing i would worry about is essays make sure you stand out. Just because you're a URM with high class rank and GPA doesn't always mean admittance. If you can raise your SAT IIs and take Math II if you have taken precalc or are in AP Calc or equivalent. It has a more generous curve : ). Best of luck grantortue.

yes! fellow upstater, im 3.5 hours away. thanks for your advice guys. bumppp

wooow at the perfect attendance thing.. thats pretty impressive : ] and so are your other stats and i live in upstate ny too.

are you applying to cornell too? where you from? I'm from the Hudson Valley, so depending on where you are, I may not be upstate to you, lol. That's generally the title the city has given to us. Here we call ourselves, East New Yorkers, haha
