My little bro is goign to enter sophmore year. He has a choice. HE can take Chemistry AND then in junior year take AP Environmental Science or take Chemistry and AP Env. Sci. at the same time in soph. year. I took AP Environmental Science and did not see much chemistry to it, only an extension on what we learned in bio. what do you guys think? You think it is wise for him to take chem and AP Environmental Science at the same time?

im taking AP chem and AP bio at the same time...

It shouldn't be too hard, AP Environmental is more of a humanities course than a science course.

AP Enviro is pie.
Our teacher does give us lots of work, though.
If your brother can manage his time well, tell him to go for it.

I'd advise him to take both AP Chem & Env. Sci in Sophomore year, koz he'll have a lot more time to practice and prepare constructively the subjects... besides they are not really difficult, any students can easily manage with both... but dat's upto him i guess....

Anyway, do wish him gud luck...

AP env sci is a bit of a joke compared to other APs

^ well the thing is that my bro wants to study things about the environment. can't really stop what he wants to study. anyways...yea, the prerequisite for the course is a year of chem so you uys think its alright though that he can take AP environ. and chem at the same time?
