It took about 3 weeks for DS's WA file to be considered "complete" even though, like yours, it had all documents listed. It takes time for them to update the files and move them from one status to another, I think they do it in batches.

It doesn't appear to have anything to do with whether you get in or not, just that they are processing large batches of applications. DS applied Nov 1 and app was deemed complete Dec 1, even though the stuff was there and listed. Until a file is complete, it won't be considered for admission. You are in line behind other batches being updated for completion.

skierdude - I called them about this and was told it's only supposed to take 3-5 working days to go to "complete". Don't know if my call helped expedite, but I went from received to complete in one week. It could just have been that I came in at the end of one of the batches, though.

same with me...i sent my app in on 11/1... but by 11/16 UMich still hadn't recieved some things from my school and obvs. my app was incomplete... I called.. and the next day it said my app was complete on WA... calling helps!!

I urge all of you to call the admission's office if you have questions regarding essay completion. We can all offer some words of guidance, but the office of admissions can give you far more relevant information.
