<p>Have any of you who have decided to go to Illinois visited other Big Ten schools as well? how did they compare, and what led you to choose Illinois? im goin to visit 7 of them in 3 weeks, and im savin this one for last lol</p>
<p>even though i am not attending illinois, i have visited it along with purdue and ohio state. illinois is a great school with many good programs especially business and engineering. the campus really has a classic college campus feel (ie - cool buildings, nice green areas, everyone is walking not driving). i liked it better than purdue, which was clean, but very concrete heavy and a terrible rec center for a school of that size. illinois has two rec centers which are both really nice. i liked ohio state the best, and it worked out b/c i am in state of ohio state. it had a nice green campus like illinois and a great feel. the facilities are great, and even though you are in a big city, you have no idea. ohio state is its own college town within colubus. it’s pretty sweet. there was nothing wrong with illinois except the $$$$. so if you’re in state go for it. hope that helps</p>
