UIC GPPA vs UofI stamps scolarships

<p>My son got into UIC GPPA medicine and UofI with fully paid scholarship including study abroad. He is not 100% sure for medicine, may be 80%. UIC did not give fully scholarship but 1/4th tuition. He is very bright and social. he also got into UChicago but thinks it is nerdy school UChicago gave very good aid (all most tuition paid but not lodging). He thinks UChicago is not for him. Any suggestions/comments about UIC vs UofI. He wants to go to college with biology major and business minor or may be dual majors.</p>
