<p>there were two sets of interviews a couple of weeks earlier (feb 6th and 10th) i thinkā¦so i think today was the third set. iām not sure if thatās it thoughā¦</p>
<p>How many people would you say were there - in your set?</p>
<p>8ā¦but one didnāt show up, and I think it depends on your schedule as well, cause I was invited to the earlier dates but I couldnāt make it. So iām not exactly sure if each date had the same number of students.</p>
<p>they told me that they are interviewing 75 this year, if that helps!</p>

<p>@KiterPatel Yeh Iām applying for medicine too but I donāt know of anyone who did their Honors college interviews beforehand and already got GPPA. Genuinely confused!</p>
<p>I know another student who got GPPA/Honors interview invite but she is going for the nursing program.</p>

<p>Donāt want to cause too much anxiety here (Iām anxious enough for everyone!) but my mom called a couple days ago and they said that if you donāt get a GPPA invite by the third week of March you probably havenāt been acceptedā¦</p>
<p>@Midhelper The honors college interview was super chill! Like my interview honestly had a sheet of paper, and she read out each question one by one and took some notes as I responded. I wanted to make myself seem more interesting so I cracked a bunch of jokes, just cause we both were so fried out from all dayās activities. As long as you come off genuine, relaxed, and you earnestly consider UIC, itāll be a piece of cake.
The essay portion wasnāt even an essay, more like short answers!
Be warned though, thereās like a 100 people attending each ādayā so the intimacy one might expect is really out the windowā¦</p>
<p>By the way, can someone who already had their GPPA interview give a guesstimate of the waiting period from their honors college interview to a GPPA med interview invite?
As in I interviewed last Friday, so how long would it take GPPA to contact me? (If they decided to contact me, at leastā¦)</p>
