<p>Very low chance for that school. The average ACT is a 24 and average class rank is the 75th percentile. UIC doesn’t really care about volunteer work and awards. Admissions is almost completely decided by grades. The essay might play a role for marginal students.</p>
<p>The thing is that that’s not my total cumulative GPA. 3.0 is my cumulative GPA.</p>
