<p>hands down in my opinion UIUC</p>
<p>Caltech if you want to go to grad school (not professional school) - 2/3 of their undergrads do.</p>
<p>UIUC and Cornell are pretty similar in that they're in the middle of nowhere and have cold weather and a large student body, so I would choose based on finances.</p>
