captain of drumline, marching band 4 yrs, soccer 4 yrs etc</p>

<p>I missed the priority deadline. What are my chances under these circumstances?

<p>OOS doesn’t matter, and although getting your application in during the priority period helps a little, you seem to be a low match. You don’t specify your class rank, or your course rigor, which would help in determining your chances.</p>

<p>You sound like you have a solid chance. Illinois’ economy is complete crap right now, and it could use the OOS tuition. Plus your GPA/course load is pretty good and your ACT is definitely high enough.</p>
