UIUC website says admissions decsions are announced mid-Feb. Is it really that late? Do early/priority admissions applications hear earlier?

It’s really that late for EA notification, same date for both EA and RD apps. Still apply EA because EA apps get preference and some majors fill up (or close to it) in the EA round.

Pre-pandemic, EA decisions were released in mid-December.
