UIUC NetID problem !

<p>I tried claiming my UIUC NetID so that I could apply for housing but I kept on getting this message:</p>

<p>"A problem was encountered when we tried to process the information you supplied.
You are not eligible to use the NetID Claiming Service. If you have further questions, contact the CITES Help Desk for assistance."</p>

<p>What does this mean and what can I do ???</p>

<p>Use their live chat service. They should be able to find out the problem. </p>
