UIUC or Hong Kong University?

I got acceptance for engineering.
I visited UIUC last month, love it. Cross out all the other colleges and set my heart on it.
But this Monday, I got acceptance from HKU, which never has chance to visit. The reason I applied HKU is because one of my family recommend me. I google and found the school has very good ranking around the world, 20ish. My college adviser also told me the school is very good.
Now, I have to make decision between these two great engineering school. My major concern now is money. HKU gave me lots of FA, it costs only 1/4 than UIUC. Although my parents already prepared the UOUC tuition for me, but I knew it's a lot of money. They will have to work very hard and save from everything as they can.
So, should I go to HKU or UIUC?
For engineering program, ECE, which is better? After college, I plan to work for maybe 2 pr 3 years then apply for business school. If I go to HKU, will I still have good chance for top business school here in US?

I am from Hong Kong and I have been in the State since I was 12.

HKU is fantastic. I think study abroad is a great experience. But if you are talking about 4 years there, rethink about it.
Why are you applying to engineering when you already want to get into business school anyway?
Furthermore, think about the language barrier. At HKU the lectures are taught in English but they are more “British” and strictly speaking the engineering there isn’t very equivalent to how we do here. You may have hard time catching up.

Where do you want to work when you graduate? If you want to work in the US, then I would say go to UIUC. If you want to work over in Asia, do HKU if you really want to. It will make your life easier that way.
