<p>Accepted a few days ago to Political Science. 3.26 GPA from UIC and a 2100 SAT.</p>
<p>FUAAARK. I still haven’t heard back though I did submit for the priority deadline. Anyone else still waiting that is considered priority?</p>
<p>Fanboy, you should have heard by now. It looks like for some reason they did not consider your application to be part of the priority applications. You should give them a call. There was probably a piece of your application that was missing or misplaced.</p>
<p>I just noticed that you are a transfer student—I missed that. Their admission timeline might be different. Nonetheless, it wouldn’t hurt to give them a call. </p>
<p>Yup I’m a transfer student. I applied for LAS</p>
<p>I had my actual application in by the priority deadline (submitted like an hour before the deadline) but my high school didn’t send in my transcript until maybe a week or two after the deadline. Because of this it said that I wouldn’t be considered for priority decisions. However, I still received admission last Thursday. So yeah. Idk.</p>

<p>I applied for Civil engineering at UIUC. I am considered for priority decisions , but I haven’t received any reply from UIUC yet. Did anyone get there civil engineering replies ?</p>
<p>Just received my decision, denied. UI was not my first option but now I’m scared I don’t get into any of the other schools. I applied for Industrial Engineering.</p>

<p>@RyanAntony The email regarding my application’s decision reached my email at 10.43pm (Malaysia time). So yeah. I bet they are releasing the decisions now. It should be your turn soon! What major did you apply to? </p>
<p>@CheeHoeee the wait is killing me!! I applied for Computer Engineering. I think it’s a very popular major for them, so that might be why I haven’t heard yet.</p>

<p>Thanks! I’m Asian, SAT 2020, m800/r580/w640, TOEFL 111, GPA 3.94, from a regional ranking around 70th university. Kind of strong essay, and missed the priority deadline. Hope that helps </p>
<p>@RyanAntony Trust me, I can truly relate to that. I waited for 2 months after I submitted my application for Penn State. Yeah. Engineering programs in UIUC are very competitive and the Chem Eng program is under the LAS instead of the College of Engineering. I think that explains why I got my decision faster. Anyway, I wish you all the best! Good things come to those who wait! :D</p>
