I hope so. Now that they’re done with freshman applications they’ll have more time to start focusing on transfer apps.
One of my friends transferred there this semester. I was talking to her last night and I told her to go down to admissions and tell them to hurry up…lol
She said she’d break in there at 3 am and put my application on the top of their desk. :stuckouttonguewinkingeye:
I just got my acceptance yesterday! I got into the DGS as a first semester sophomore for fall 2015, i also applied priority.

I’m getting pretty anxious, I applied priority too and wouldn’t mind hearing back soon haha
I also applied priority. Like…the third day that the application was open. -_-
I just applied yesterday and sent in all of my docs…is it going to really hurt me that i didn’t meet the priority deadline??

I am a sophomore, though i started college last spring (due to graduating early), so I SHOULD be a freshman. I’ve earned 52 cr. and i’m applying as an accounting major
It’s a bit hard to say. The accounting program at UIUC is one of the more selective programs. I believe their minimum required GPA is 3.0…which unfortunately puts you near the bottom of the range of applicants. Since you’ve earned 52 college credits, a good amount of weight is going to be put on those college credits. The internship will help, and you have a lot of relevant ECs.

Yup, it says “Congratulations on your admissions to Illinois!” and it has an accept/decline link followed by a checklist.

Yea, hopefully sometime this week. I applied as priority for biochem.
It’s still probably going by college. Hopefully ACES makes it soon! Haven’t heard about anyone transferring into it at all tho.
