UIUC/UCDavis/UCI/etc.

Hey guys, I am a rising senior in a very competition school. I was wondering if you could take the time to chance me.
GPA: 3.27ish
Weighted GPA: 3.5

ACT: 34
SAT math 2: 740
SAT bio: 800

AP: Calc B/C, APUSH, AP Bio (junior year)
AP Gov, AP Stats (senior year)

Extracurricular: I perform research in the field of cardiovascular medicine at a nearby university. My professor is very high up, and he has agreed to give me a letter of recommendation. I also have published my own project, and am going to enter Intel Science Fair.

I attended a summer program at an Ivy League college based on grades as an acceptance factor. The course was in bio medical sciences.

I play water polo, but not too good at it, and am also an average swimmer.

I understand that my grades are not good at all. But I am applying to the college as a Biology major. Can I get into UIUC biology with these stats? Is it feasible? If not, where should I look at going to?

Thanks

The low GPA might hurt your chances. But since your test scores are really good they might make up
for the GPA.
You should be able to get in to UCI or Davis.
An interesting application essay plus some good recommendations will help boost your chances at UIUC.

Thanks!

Any other thoughts?
