What would my chances be at these schools... UIUC, UMich, UT-Austin, Wisconsin-Madison, UFlorida, UNC-CH. I currently goto LSU and am just not liking it here.

Economics/Finance major (48 credits)
3.6 GPA(3.7 high school gpa)
1320/1600 SAT
some EC's
decent essays
most pre-reqs completed

I have a question.. did you already send out your applications? Why would you go by decent essays? Essays are important for most college apps so why not go back through them so you can call them excellent essays. But to your GPA, UMich is pretty selective and UT-Austin is really tough for out of state. you have a good shot at Wisconsin and UFlorida. If you don't mind going further away why not apply to some private schools which will be less bias towards in-state students. All-in-all i say you got a shot at all of the above.

We have almost the same stats, similar gpa and test score and almost same number of credit hours.... almost same school list too... but i think you have a good shot like Burler09 said

If you want to major in Finance and apply to McCombs or Ross it is pretty doubtful that you'll be accepted. Economics would be the better path to pursue, although I know you can apply to a primary and secondary major at UT, so you may as well try.
