<p>I don’t think there’s a difference in quality of education between Penn State, UF, and UIUC, so it’s hard to answer your question. All three universities are flagships and strong universities without being in the so-called “public ivy” group (like UCB, UNC-CH, UVA…) so they’re roughly of the same general quality. </p>
