<p>I'm a Canadian citizen who has been admitted into both institutions for their respective computer science programs. Fees are not an issues, though I am aware that Univeristy of Toronto would cost far less for me. I understand that UIUC has one of the top 10 programs in the US; similarly UofT has one of the best compsci programs in Canada. My main question is whether getting such as education in the US would confer any significant advantages over a Canadian compsci program. I would really appreciate any insight into either university.</p>
