UK universities for a Master's (Computer Science)?

I'm an American currently studying a Bachelor's in Computer Science.
I'll be graduating in a late December/early January (mid year) in the future but not this year, if that changes anything.

I want to go to the UK for graduate school in CS because I want to have direct work prospects there and possibly immigration. I would like to live there for my grad school years.

What are well ranked programs for a Master's (taught) in Computer Science in the UK?

My stats so far are a 3.6~3.7 GPA, haven't taken the GRE yet but will.
To give an impression of my standardized test taking ability, in 10th grade my SAT was 1960 and I only took it once though without studying whatsoever. Not very good, but then I didn't study and was 15..I definitely plan to study up for the GRE.
The university I'll get my Bachelor's degree from is ranked in the top 50 in the ARWU international rankings.
I think, although it's a good program, Oxford would be out of reach for me probably... I need universities that I would have a good chance being accepted in.

So far the only I've looked into and considered a candidate is Manchester University.
I really have no idea what kind of UK grad school I'd be able to get into, if someone could help me get a better idea and suggest schools, I'd really appreciate it!
Thanks!!

GRE quantitative isn’t hard if you spend some time studying. You should be aiming for a perfect score. That will also help a lot with admissions. So with your GPA, if you score a perfect or near-perfect GRE, there’s no reason Oxford should be out of your consideration. Even then it would still be a stretch, but I’d apply regardless.
