ultimate frisbee

Hi, I have a question regarding frisbee. It's my favorite sport and I've spent the last 8 years playing, sort of pick up games with friends but when I was a freshman, I tried making a frisbee club at my high school but failed since there are no athletic clubs whatsoever and the principal wants to keep it that way. I also tried making it a sport but failed, again because of space issues. Frisbee is my passion, I play competitive games with friends at school almost everyday but how can I demonstrate this to colleges if I dont have a club or anything to show for it? I just began my senior year so I'm running out of time. What should I do?

Also, this is sort of off topic but I was curious. What are some colleges/universities where frisbee is huge. I know its popular up north but what about the south (especially southwest) I'm applying to a lot of schools in Texas and would like to know where it the frisbee scene is at. Thanks...

Well I go to University of Houston. I'm not sure if they have a Frisbee club, I think they do. But every Friday right after classes, I always see a lot of kids playing frisbee and football.
