Ultimate line reference dilemma!

<p>For line reference questions, do you guys only stay on the sentence that contains that or line, or use lines above and below with the line reference? I get questions wrong sometimes because I use information above the line reference, and sometimes because only focus on the sentence that contains the line reference.</p>

<p>I always use read above and below the line reference. But it is also worth remembering that the evidence can be anywhere within the margin that you make.</p>

<p>You should definitely read the sentence or two before the one referenced. When you do that and you get the question wrong, I doubt that it’s because you read the previous sentences. I can’t imagine the correct answer choice being contradicted by the sentence above it.</p>
