Ultimatum: An Expansion of "What Are MY Chances?" and "Decisions, Decisions"

dreamsofivy: that ain’t the half of it. Look at my 13-or-so-page saga that made me seem to appear like a pretentious…okay, I was pretentious haha but that’s the way it is. It’s all about mindset, ya know? And Doug, I’ll inform you guys of everything else, too, like fin. aid and all that stuff. Oh yeah, Colgate’s offering me 35 grand a year. In total, everything’s about 52. So it’s not bad at all!

I think it was my essay that killed it. That’s all the Colgate dean talked about in his note to me.

Thanks again, everyone!

HERE IT IS. THE FINAL LIST. I can’t believe I’m 12 for 13. I guess Bucknell doesn’t have a heart. My essay was very heartfelt, and that—plus my teachers’ recommendations—garnered my acceptances. That, plus the Hispanic card. But that’s that.
