Grades: About Half A's, Half B's throughout my high school career
Course Rigor: Only 6 AP's. All honors classes senior and junior years. Took Dual Enrollment English with my community college last year and this year (College Composition and British Literature)</p>

<p>Extracurriculars: Very few, just a couple of clubs where no positions were held. However, I have had a steady job (caddie) since 8th grade and work about 5 days a week in the summer and weekends in the fall and spring. Also, a steady volunteer at local library for the past year.</p>

<p>SAT's: 640 CR, 730 M, 760 W
ACT's: 34 English, 34 Math, 31 Reading, 30 Science, 32 Comined English/Writing, Composite: 32

<p>Well, I say you are in at Virginia Tech (especially being in state). I claim ignorance on the others, but I can say that Michigan engineering is top-notch… </p>

<p>Yeah, I want to major in aerospace engineering because:

  1. It’s sensible for future employment
  2. I’m real strong in math and science
  3. Interest in aviation and spaceflight</p>

<p>Aside from that, my real interests are in anthropology, philosophy, and math.</p>

<p>Can anyone else comment on UM and CU?</p>

And I’m interested in anthropology myself, too!
I think you have a good shot at all of your schools, and you have a good weighted GPA and good SATI.
