UM Flag on the moon?

<p>On CC someone once wrote that there was a UM flag on the moon. I'm trying to find out if this is true or not, but can't find much info. Has anyone else heard this?</p>

<p>After a little more googling, I think this is true. Too bad I couldn't really find a way to include it in my second essay though.</p>

<p>Appollo 15 is the only lunar mission to have been manned by a crew from one university...the University of Michigan.</p>
